個人資訊保護方針

合同会社ミク（以下、「当社」といいます。）は、教育・研修、外国語翻訳・オンライン言語講座、編集・制作出版物、自社SNSメディア運営などの事業を展開する上で、お客様や従業員などからお預かりする個人情報の保護の重要性を認識し、以下の通り個人情報保護方針を定め、全従業員がこれを遵守し、個人情報の適正な取扱いと厳正な保護に努めてまいります。

1. 当社は、事業の内容および規模を考慮し、適切な個人情報の取得、利用および提供を行います。特定された利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた個人情報の取扱いは行わず、目的外利用を行わないための措置を講じます。
2. 当社は、本人の同意がある場合または法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
3. 当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守し、日本産業規格「個人情報保護マネジメントシステム—要求事項」（JIS Q 15001）に準拠した個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを策定し、適切に運用いたします。
4. 当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止および是正のための措置を講じます。
5. 当社は、個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合は、委託先が個人情報の安全管理を適切に行うよう、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
6. 当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情および相談に適切かつ迅速に対応します。また、当社が保有する開示対象個人情報の開示等の求め（利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正、追加または削除、個人情報の利用の停止、訂正、消去および第三者への提供の停止、第三者提供記録の開示）についても適切かつ迅速に対応いたします。
7. 当社は、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムの継続的改善を行います。

合同会社ミク（以下簡稱「本公司」）在進行教育和培訓、外語翻譯和線上語言課程、編輯和出版物製作以及運營自社交媒體平台等業務過程中，認識到保護客戶和員工等個人資訊的重要性，特此制定以下個人資料保護方針，並確保所有員工遵守，嚴格地處理和保護個人資訊。

1. 本公司將考慮業務的內容和規模，適當地獲取、使用和提供個人資料。我們將在達成特定使用目的所需範圍內處理個人資料，並採取措施防止其用於其他目的。
2. 除非得到本人同意或依法律規定，本公司不會向第三方提供個人資料。
3. 本公司將遵守與個人資料處理相關的法律、政府制定的指導方針及其他規範。我們將建立並適當運行基於日本工業標準「個人資訊保護管理系統—要求事項」（JIS Q 15001）的個人資料保護管理系統。
4. 本公司將採取措施防止和糾正個人資料的洩露、遺失或毀損。
5. 在全部或部分委託處理個人資料的情況下，本公司將對受託方進行必要且適當的監督，以確保受託個人資料的安全管理。
6. 本公司將適當且迅速地回應有關個人資料處理的投訴和咨詢。我們還將適當且迅速地回應關於所持有的開示對象個人資料的公開等要求（使用目的通知、開示、內容更正、補充或刪除、個人資訊使用的停止、訂正、消除以及停止向第三方提供、第三方提供記錄的開示）。
7. 本公司將持續改進其個人資料保護管理系統。

Miku Inc. (合同会社ミク, Gōdō Gaisha Miku) recognises the importance of protecting personal information entrusted to us by customers and employees in the course of conducting our business in education and training, foreign language translation and online language courses, editing and publication of materials, and operation of our own social media platforms. We establish the following privacy policy, ensuring that all employees comply with it, and we strive to handle and protect personal information appropriately and strictly.

1. Miku Inc. will acquire, use, and provide personal information appropriately, considering the nature and scale of our business. We will handle personal information within the necessary scope to achieve the specified purposes of use and take measures to prevent its use for other purposes.
2. Miku Inc. will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except as required by law.
3. Miku Inc. will comply with laws, guidelines established by the government, and other regulations regarding the handling of personal information. We will establish and appropriately operate a personal information protection management system based on the Japanese Industrial Standard “Personal Information Protection Management System – Requirements” (JIS Q 15001).
4. Miku Inc. will take measures to prevent and correct any leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
5. When outsourcing the handling of personal information in whole or in part, Miku Inc. will supervise the outsourced party as necessary and appropriate to ensure the safety management of the entrusted personal information.
6. Miku Inc. will respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information. We will also respond appropriately and promptly to requests for disclosure, notification of purpose of use, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to third parties, and disclosure of records of third-party provision.
7. Miku Inc. will continuously improve its personal information protection management system.
